The count looks wrong
DayWindow only counts dates you have entered. Open Trips and check them — a missing trip, or a wrong year, changes everything. Under the Schengen rule the day you arrive and the day you leave both count as days inside the area, and DayWindow counts them that way.
How do I track my tax residency as well?
Settings → Add a rule → pick the country and when its year starts. Then tap either rule in that list to see it on the main screen. Rules are free.
I paid and it still says Free
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not appear, email us.
How do I cancel?
Open your iPhone’s Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then DayWindow. You can also get there from the app: Settings → Manage or cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Reminders are not arriving
Check notifications are allowed: iPhone Settings → Notifications → DayWindow. Then open the app’s own Settings, where it tells you exactly how many reminders are currently set.
How do I delete everything?
App Settings → Delete everything. That erases every trip on that iPhone and cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription.
Does it track my location?
No. It never asks for your location and never reads your photos. You type the dates, which is the whole point.
